Updates!

Wow ok finally a breather period before today's dinner... well so far everyday is literally spent chasing tutorials, chasing bus (cars for the song if u wan)and chasing people... ok not exactly the literal meaning of chasing girls (i'm concentrating on studying remember?) but ya trying to find GROUP MEMBERS for the much much much needed GROUP DISCUSSIONS for the much much much dreaded GROUP ASSIGNMENTS... 20% is like woot 2 points of your cap... coz literally 20 marks out of 100 = 4 grades difference, and 4 grades difference translates to 2 point of your cap... well done we love school...

well sarcasm aside, group discussions had been cool coz i reallie got to know a lot of my classmates! haha and u know why? coz basically i got different people for EACH module group assignment although like 80% of them are from class group C... the remaining 20% comes from other fac so ya :D interesting way to network...

speaking of networking, it seems that the 3 camps + o wk + class reallie opened up my social circle to a great extent... i mean ok la in RI my whole batch knew the whole batch quite well but den most of us seldom interacted with other batches... in NUS is like we know ppl from our seniors, 2 yrs our seniors, other faculties, and for some other universities... tat's not accounting for the people we know from JC, Sec sch and pri sch... I guess right from the start god wanted me to know a lot more people... being the only VJ guy in my FOC grp, 1 of the 3 VJ guys in FOC camp (nt to mention lack of RI ppl also), Sports camp whereby i'm like one of e rare ones again, UC if not for bizad ppl i'll be another solo kia unknown to everyone before that... i guess all was planned out the way it is... get to know more ppl... oh do i need to mention again i knew nobody from class C prior to entering the class for tutorial?

now RANTING aside... haha i found out that there's so many ways to get to NUS, albeit (hey this is a new word i learnt today!) all of them takes like 1 hour plus... lol here's some of the routes i've taken

Bus 10,30,143,188 to vivo, train to eunos, bus 63 to home -> 1 hr 15 mins average but generally a lot of the timings miss each other so i have to wait quite a while

Bus 30 to eunos, 63 back home -> 1 hr 30 mins thanks to ECP jam... wth

Bus 96 to Clementi, train to eunos, bus 63 home -> 1 hour 25 mins thanx to bus 96 jam... and bubble tea at clementi :P

Bus 10 from KR terminal to vivo, train to eunos, bus 63 to home -> 1 hr 30 mins

well tat's e route's i've tried... here's some more alternatives

bus 51 straight back -> guessing 2 hours
bus 51 to queenstown, train to eunos, bus 63 back -> guessing 1 hr 40 mins
bus 10 to city hall / raffles place, train to eunos, bus 63 back -> guessing 1 hr 20 to 1 hr 45 mins
bus 95 to buona vista, train to eunos, bus 63 back -> guessing around 1 hr 30
bus 151 to hougang, hougang bus to home -> no bloody idea

well some ideas but not exhaustive... haha

JIAYOU PPL.. RECESS WEEK'S COMING... DUN THINK OF THE MID TERM EXAMS AND TERM PAPERS AND ASSIGNMENTS DUE AFTER THAT... JUST THINK OF RECESS WEEK!!!
